Assignment:
Can the study of popular culture be as valuable as the study of tradiontional literary and historical subjects?
Well for me its neither a yes or no. It's more of a they could include both because there is nothing wrong with the new culture from the old.
Wrtite about it expressiong your point of view on this issue.
The study of popular culture can be as valuable as the study of traditional literary and historical subjects because the study of popular culture can prepare students for a successful social life and a successful career.Well like i stated above im not against it or forward it. I think they should teach both but an equal amount of both so one material won't be left out. Because if you leave out one the others will be complaining about it so i think both used is enough.
Because now a days i think students would also much prefer the new popular culture because we basiclly know all about it. We live in a world where everything is about technology now so in a way it would be better to have it this way. the study of popular culture can be as valuable as the study of traditional literary and historical subjects because the study of popular culture can prepare students adulthood. Technological advancements have influenced many career tracks, and students must receive the good training to stand out in their careers.. Popular culture not only educates us on values that will be useful, but it reveals this to us in many different forms that we enjoy. It has been proven that when you learn about something you enjoy, you are apt to pay more attention. Culture is no exception, since it teaches us through TV, music, and the most important, most often used, the internet.
