Reflection:
This to me means that a reward, certificate, medal, etc. doesn't make the
winner but the effort the handwork that the person put into it. So many people
don’t realize this because they thing that in order to be a winner they have to
get some kind of reward out of it but in reality the reward is that you tried
every way possible to get what you want, or where you are at. It’s not always
about the outcome but what you did to get there!!
