So everyone deals with the internet whether it be for work, school, or individual use for like entertainment or news or media. Everyone has different uses for the internet but do we really know how the internet works, the majority of people do not know this. Because the Internet is a global network of computers each computer connected to the Internet must have a unique address or also known as IP address. Now lets say in messaging how dies it get from your computer to the next well the message must be translated from alphabetic text into electronic signals, transmitted over the Internet, then translated back into alphabetic text.

10 Keys To Personal Power
Brian Tracy
briantracy.com
Key 1 : Clarity
"Have vision. Determine what would you want to be, do or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you're going. If you do not have a clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do."
Reflection: Clarity well to start of clarity is the quality of being clear. In other words being you could say being coherent or sharp whether it be as a person or explaining something. Clarity can be dealt with in different occasions lets say in your relationship whether it be with friend, family , or your partner. Even in school when answering a question or when it comes down to writing a paper. Clarity is needed in many things we do in our life. Clarity you can say is another way of being honest and being truthful because its you stating something to be true or will become true. Don't shadow up the truth but reveal it. Clarity is like someone who needs glasses and doesn't wear them is missing out on many things but once you put on your glasses you see everything clear.

Key 2: Competence
"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."
Reflection: What competence is he harder we work the better we get. We cannot grow as people if we do not work hard on something, we cant improve if we do not practice. We cannot miss those opportunities we must take them all the way.

Key 3: Concentration
"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself “Is this the best use of my time?” before you start anything."
This means that we should use our time wisely and make sure whatever we are doing is the best use of our time. Do not waste it on something that is meaningless to us. We need to be fed knowledge and learn new things and if the thing we are wasting our time on does not help us, we should stop doing it right away.
Key 4: Common Sense
Train your mind
think things through
listen to your intuition
learn from setbacks
There are two categories of intelligence: book-smarts and street-smarts. Whether you are intelligent in one area or both, you are considered to be smart. Now both are different in some categories but both share common sense. Common sense should be an impulse and depending in the matter at hand the answer should come naturally.
Key 5 :Creativity
"Except the fact that every human being is a genius. The hallmark of creativity is asking questions. The people who are the most creative ask the most questions."
Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterised by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing. If you have ideas, but don’t act on them, you are imaginative but not creative.Creativity begins with a foundation of knowledge, learning a discipline, and mastering a way of thinking. You learn to be creative by experimenting, exploring, questioning assumptions, using imagination and synthesing information. Learning to be creative is akin to learning a sport. It requires practice to develop the right muscles, and a supportive environment in which to flourish.

Key 6: Consideration
"The quality of your relationships with other people will determine your success in life."
"Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator. Take courses in listening, speaking, etc."
Always think about things with deep thought. We must develop skills to be better at anything we want. Such as with speaking and listening. In any relationship whether with a friend, family member, or anyone in general you have to be considerate to there thoughts, opinions, and feelings. Being considerate to these things will create a positive relationship. Keep in mind that you treat others how you want to be treated. If you are considerate with them then chances are that they will be considerate with you in return. You can not just assume that everyone is going to have the same opinions that you have. Nor must you ever assume that someone is going to respond to something in a way that you expect them to.
Key 7 : Consistency
"Dependable , steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."
Be consistent in your relationships, your family, friends, your boss, your work. Be the person that people can depend upon. That if you say you'll do something you do it.."
Consistency the act of continuing to do things meaning you never give up. Just the act of you giving up is consistency due to not letting the challenge get the best of you and making you give up but making you a better person to continue.Staying consistent shows everyone you are dedicated to it and are not just in it for fun.Having consistency in your life is essential. Consistency builds stability. Everyone needs a stability in there life just to stay sane. Nothing that has ever been rushed has ever been perfect.

Key 8: Commitment
"No success is possible without commitment. The ability to commitment to yourself whole heartily is the basis of achieving all success."
"Become totally absorbed in your work. Be totally committed."
Commitment is when you are fully dedicated and focused on certain things. A commitment can be from making sure you will get done with homework to being something in your personal life. For example you can be committed to graduating high school therefore staying focus in class, doing all the work necessary and keeping track of your grades. Another example lets say a commitment to be with someone therefore dating meaning you trust them, there won't be any foolish actions brought on. Dedicated to your relationship as building a bond and not screwing up. With that said there is different ways to how one can be committed.

Key 9 : Courage
"The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life."
Courage is having the ability to overcome what frightens you. Lacking the courage to try new things that may benefit one because you never know unless you try. Courage is something valuable that everyone needs and has in their life we just need to let it out and show that courage.

Key 10: Confidence
"You only get confidence by doing things over and over again."
Confidence is the key to being certain you can say. It is realizing you can do certain things even when someone tells you that you cannot . Also confidence comes from your decision making knowing that its the right action to make.
Reflection:
basically this keys post are about ways to keep you on track and have you on the right path. They are essential Dedicated to your relationship as building a bond and not screwing up. With that said there is different ways to how one can be committed.Courage is something valuable that everyone needs and has in their life we just need to let it out and show that courage. Eight great reasons on telling the truth
~Barbara A. Lewis
1. Telling the truth lets everyone know what really happened. There's less chance of misunderstanding, confusion, or conflict.
2. telling the truth protects innocent people from being blamed or punished.
3. telling the truth allows everyone to learn for what happened.
4. You get into less trouble for telling the truth other than for lying (and getting caught).
5. Other people trust you more when you tell the truth.
6. You don't have to tell ( and remember) more lies to keep your story straight.
7. You gain a reputation for being truthful- a trait most people value.
8. Telling the truth helps you to feel secure and peaceful inside.

the seven habits
The seven habits of highly effective people
Habit 1: Be Proactive
"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."
When we’re told that the situations we find ourselves in and the emotions we experience are largely from our own doing, it can be hard to accept. Reactive people are essentially like characters in a movie, playing out the script. They often resemble powerless victims, having their lives run by external factors. They have little control over their emotions.Instead, their emotions are dictated by someone or something else; by circumstance and the outside environment. It involves a huge paradigm shift, with us taking responsibility for our current circumstances. The natural reaction is often to resist and to argue otherwise, until eventually the light bulb flicks on. The eureka moment occurs the realization that we are in fact in control, if we want to be.
Habit 2 : Begin with the end in mind
"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)
To control your destiny is the most important thing to do you can never let somebody else control your life for you. the important thing is to seek your dreams and take control of how you want that dream to come true.Don't ever let someone tell you that you can't do something for yourself when you grow up. Like if you want to be a famous football player or basketball, do it, go for it, don't ever let someone you can't succeed in life. Be the leader of your own future never let someone else be a leader of it.
Habit 3 : Put first things first
"Organize and execute around priorities."
Focus on the important thing. Things that are going to lead you to well places, not things that won't lead you to your career or good achievements.Do not put your priorities second because those priorities will determine your plans for tomorrow. Leaving thing for tomorrow has never been a great idea because then that shows you laziness and that becomes a habit so save yourself from becoming lazy and a procrastinator. It is very hard to get out of it.
Habit 4 : Think WIN-WIN
"Think win-win or no deal"
I've almost never been the kind of person to think about both sides being win-win. I think to me if I'm in a good situation the other person loses and I win. Or if I'm in a bad situation, obviously I lose and the other side wins. This takes a lot of compromise. the quote means that both parties got even halves and since one didn't win the other one didn't. it doesn't mean necessarily that you will win every time it means you will find a middle ground to what you want. compromising with the other person.
Habit 5 : Seek first to understand then to be understood
"Diagnose before you prescribe."
You should always listen to what others have to say before you speak. You should never speak without knowing the content. Always pay attention to what others say. You have to learn to listen and analyze
Habit 6: Synergize
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts (1+1=3)
Synergize is the habit of creative cooperation. It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems. But it doesn't just happen on its own. It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table. One has to learn to cooperate with others to have a full on healthy relationship or get the task done. Many times you could say is heard headed for not wanting to get suggestions or help from others but sometimes it works out better.
Habit 7 : Sharpen the saw
Four dimensions of self renewal: physical, mental, spiritual, social/emotional
They often resemble powerless victims, having their lives run by external factors. They have little control over their emotions.Instead, their emotions are dictated by someone or something else; by circumstance and the outside environment. But it doesn't just happen on its own. It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table. One has to learn to cooperate with others to have a full on healthy relationship or get the task done. To control your destiny is the most important thing to do you can never let somebody else control your life for you. the important thing is to seek your dreams and take control of how you want that dream to come true.
Reflection: Regarding the " The 7 habits of highly effective People," I can tell you that they are very important because they all different yet common all at the same time.

Three Fundamental Techniques in Handling people
Technique 1: Don't criticize, condemn or complain.
"If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive."

We have no right to judge others. We can not make decisions for other people because they self guide their lives. The are in charge of dictating their own outcome and deciding what is to come of our lives. If they make a decision that we are not necessarily fond of or not for, we must bite our tongue and allow them to live out their decision on.
Technique 2: Give honest and sincere appreciation
"The big secret in dealing with people"

The big secret of dealing with people is that you have to be respectful to them especially if you do not consent with them often or know them. appreciating something or someone is being thankful. You will soon realize that the more that you appreciate, the happier you will be. Spending your time building up hatred and being mad at the world will consume your life. With hatred comes loneliness and sadness. Loneliness can kill a man, make them do things that they never thought they could do.
Technique 3: Arouse in the other person an eager want.
"He who can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot, walks a lonely way."

What this means is that when someone gets inspiration on learning about others has ideal knowledge about them and having people around them coming on as friendly. but when one stays of by themselves and no interest on others they will be always alone. Me myself have always been a person that come on shy but as some points starts to talk with those I dont know because at the end of the day i love getting to know knew people its very delightful to have strangers at that moment later on become friend of some sort or just people you know.Understanding the other person and what they want, hope for, desire – what motivates them – is key. Another person sees how what you’re asking ties into what’s most important to them then they’re likely to tackle it with more enthusiasm and more likely follow through.

Self Evaluation:
Six Ways to Make People Like You. If you want people to like you..........................
Rule 1: Become genuinely interested in other people.
1) "Do this and you will be welcome anywhere."
2)"You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you."
3)"Ask questions to other people, questions that they would enjoy answering."
Rule 2: Smile
1)"Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, "I like you. You make me happy. I am glad to see you."
2)" You don't feel like smiling? Then force yourself to smile."
3) " It creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in a business, and is the countersign (witness or indication) of friends."
Reflection: Form one's features into a pleased, kind, or amused expression, typically with the corners of the mouth turned up and the front teeth exposed. A smile is the most important thing because it is contagious if you smile at some they'll smile and feel good. it may save a life. When you give a smile to a new person you meet it means you necessarily give a bigger opening to welcome friends all around you. Actions speak louder than words is a great quote because when you do something it shows of how dedicated you were than just saying your are going to do this one thing.

1) "A man's name is to him the sweetest and most important sound in any language."
2)" If you don't remember names, you are headed for trouble."
Reflection: When you use someone’s name, it shows you see that person as an individual. When you remember it, it shows your interest in and respect for that individual. In business, knowing someone’s name can make a difference in how that person feels about you and your brand. The trouble is most of us have trouble remembering the names of people we don’t know well, and we panic. Sometimes we may even avoid someone whose name we don’t remember in order to to avoid embarrassment. We even make excuses like, ”I’m terrible at names.” Or “I have bad memory.” People who are good at remembering names probably don’t have any better memory than you do. What they are better at is working at remembering names

Reflection: When you become a good listener you a journal or diary for someone. When you show interest in a person, that person feels that he/she can trust you and never break that trust because without that trust there is nothing. Don't be selfish and brag about yourself when you listen people, they listen to you. Being a good listener is very important because for a change you're not talking about yourself you're listening to somebody else’s interest thoughts and dreams.Which is good because then you learn about somebody’s interest concern and fears which now you can be open minded because there will be something you did not know about them that will really shock you. Encouraging somebody to talk to themselves is really nice because maybe you’re the first to ever ask them to tell you their interest and fears dreams etc. which is nice because now a days people don’t ever ask somebody else’s common interest that is not theirs.
5 Active listening tips
1. stay focus
2. Really listen
3. Allow for periods of silence
4. Time to time repeat the other persons words or paraphrase them
5. Understand the motion behind the words
Rule 5: Talk in terms of the other man's interest.
"The royal road to a man's heart is to talk to him about the things he treasures most."
Reflection: Take interest in other peoples interest why becomes it seems you are aware of them. For example, if someone loves golf, it would be a good idea to talk about the sport and make them feel you interested in what they have to say. Just talking about yourself makes others dislike the conversation and want to end it quickly, where as showing interest and enthusiasm makes them want to continue conversation.

Rule 6: Make the other person feel important-and do it sincerely.
"The desire to be important is the deepest urge in human nature." "Helping people feel important and appreciated worms magic."
Reflection:There’s a big difference between appreciating people and making them feel significant. Of course, you want to appreciate others. But even more than that, you need to make those important people in your life feel that they matter.Success both personally and professionally is hard to achieve without others who fill gaps for you and support you. There is rarely an exception to this. Think of people in your life. This rule tells me that we should not make conversations about us. We should make the person who we are talking to feel special, make them feel we are interested in only them. If we make them feel that we are not interested, then they will feel there is no point in talking to you.
1.Give her/him a specific and genuine compliment.
2. When she’s/he's explaining her/his problem to you, listen intently with offering any solutions or advice.
3. Ask about their family
4. Ask how he/she feels
5. Ask about any dreams/ goals they have
1) "Do this and you will be welcome anywhere."
2)"You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you."
3)"Ask questions to other people, questions that they would enjoy answering."
Reflection: When you acknowledge someone, you recognize their value and importance they will feel important and feel comfortable with you. Starting the day with a "Hello" or “Good Morning”. Smiling at each and every co-workers as you pass by them by on way to the office? Or reaching out to a new acquaintance you see in a crowd. Be friendly so they feel safe and be a new friend.Which is good because then you meet new people that way which then you can figure out if you have such things in common that you didn’t think you did. Its the truth of trying to get others interested in you will take longer than trying to become interested in other people. What i like about this attribute is that in fact it says it all of how life really is which opens up your mind in thinking.

"If you aspire to be a good conversationalist, be an attentive listener."
"Remember that the man you are talking to is a hundred times more interested in himself and his wants and his problems than he is in you and your problems.

Reflection: Rules to strengthen the communication bonds, to better my personal environment and to give better impressions to my family, friends and boyfriend. At this point, the rules do not seem as a hassle to practice, now they seem as a joy that can be done with nature.
